Complaint Procedure

We strive to ensure the highest quality of products and services at Pay2Con. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving them promptly and fairly through our complaint procedure. Please review the following guidelines regarding warranty claims and exceptions:

1. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults inherent in the product. If you believe your product is defective and falls under warranty coverage, please follow the steps outlined in our warranty policy for a resolution.

2. Exceptions to Warranty Coverage

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by or resulting from the following activities, unless such activity is neither typical nor prohibited in the accompanying instructions for use:

a) Mechanical damage; 

b) Overvoltage, excluding common deviations such as visibly burnt components or printed circuit boards; 

c) Use of goods in conditions (temperature, dust, humidity, chemical, and mechanical conditions) other than those directly stipulated by Pay2Con or the manufacturer; 

d) Unprofessional installation, use, operation, or neglected maintenance; 

e) Virus damage to goods or parts of the goods; 

f) Software defects without proof of legal license, or use of unauthorized software and consumables; 

g) Excessive overuse or use contrary to the terms and conditions stipulated in relevant documents or contrary to general practice; 

h) Non-qualified interventions or adjustments of parameters (non-qualified interventions refer to interference by any person other than the Seller or service authorized by the Seller); 

i) Adjustments made by the customer, such as painting or bending; 

j) Forces of nature or force majeure; 

k) Use of incorrect or defective software; and 

l) Use of incorrect or non-original consumables, unless such use is neither typical nor exempted in the enclosed instructions for use.

3. Resolution Process

If you believe your issue falls within warranty coverage and meets the conditions outlined above, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will review your complaint promptly and work to find a satisfactory resolution.
